By accessing or using ColorfulPricing ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
ColorfulPricing provides automated repricing services for e-commerce sellers on platforms including Amazon and Shopify. The Service includes price optimization algorithms, inventory synchronization, and analytics dashboards.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. The base fee is charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. Usage-based charges (per-SKU fees) are calculated and billed at the end of each billing cycle. Payments are processed via Stripe.
By connecting your Amazon and/or Shopify accounts, you authorize ColorfulPricing to access and modify your product pricing data as necessary to provide the Service. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access.
ColorfulPricing is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits or revenue.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
