• Analyze and optimize pricing for your products

3. Data Security

Platform credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption (Fernet symmetric encryption). We implement security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. Each customer workspace is isolated in its own application instance with a dedicated database.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services including:

• Stripe for payment processing
• Heroku for application hosting
• Cloudflare for website delivery and security
• Amazon SP-API and Shopify API for platform integrations

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Pricing and analytics data is retained at varying resolutions: 10-minute detail for 7 days, hourly for 30 days, and daily summaries for up to 24 months. Upon account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except as required by law.
